Tucked down a country lane between the little county city of Truro and the sailing mecca of Falmouth, Jasmine is a lovely oak-built shepherd's hut from the renowned Somerset-based Blackdown Shepherd Huts. With a deluxe double bed, a small dining-area and a beautifully designed, hand-made kitchen, this idyllic retreat ticks all the right boxes. The small sink has a view of the orchard, there's a two-ring halogen hob, a fridge with ice-box (for those oh-so-important ice cubes!) and all of the essential equipment for simple holiday meals.

Right beside the hut is its very own shower-cabin; modern, meticulously clean and spacious. There is a double shower cubicle, loo, wash-basin, a wall-mounted heater and all the towels you will need for your stay - bath mat, bath towels, hand towels and flannels (separate towels are also provided for using in the swimming pool).

Jasmine is nestled within the grounds of The Emerald, an award-winning zero carbon eco development, set in five acres of grounds sheltered by trees and hedging (so plenty of birdsong and the occasional glimpse of deer and squirrels). There is 24 hour access to the big indoor heated swimming pool, with a gym and tennis court for active types and an ornamental lake to wander around for those wishing to just chill out and relax.
